Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Lily Blanche gift packaging and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
